Field to Forum hosts legal commentary and analysis contributed by law students and individuals with relevant industry experience. Each contributor is solely responsible for the content they publish.

Pursuant to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, Field to Forum is not liable for content provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any contributor's work and do not endorse or assume responsibility for their views.

Contributors agree to be solely responsible for their submitted content. By publishing on Field to Forum, contributors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Field to Forum, its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
   
• Any content is complete, accurate, or current.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Field to Forum disclaims all liability for any loss or damage resulting from your use of or reliance on the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
