4. Contributor Content & Copyright Attestation

B. Third-Party (Contributor) Content

Field to Forum hosts legal commentary and analysis contributed by law students and individuals with relevant industry experience. Each contributor is solely responsible for the content they publish.

Pursuant to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, Field to Forum is not liable for content provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any contributor's work and do not endorse or assume responsibility for their views.


6. Contributor Indemnification

Contributors agree to be solely responsible for their submitted content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Field to Forum disclaims all liability for any loss or damage resulting from your use of or reliance on the Services.
